Based in Tupelo, Mississippi, RWSmith ETC, LLC is a woman-owned business dedicated to education, training, and consulting for utilities and other service industries, including hospitals, banks, hospitality, universities, municipalities, and more.

In the summer of 2022, Roger and Lisa embarked on a new journey.

Utilizing Roger’s experience, business and industry knowledge, personal connections, and a love of training and consulting, they created RWSmith ETC, LLC. Focusing on education, training, and consulting, the business is now affiliated with several professional development and consulting firms that offer expertise in employee education and training, leadership development, strategic planning, and more.

In addition, Roger is leveraging his 30 years in the software industry to help utilities find the enterprise software solution that best meets their needs. Targeted at small and mid-market utilities, RWSmith ETC can help you make the right decision, in the right way. The RFP creation, demonstration, and decision process can be daunting, but RWSmith ETC will smooth the way.

Many utilities don’t feel like they need a consultant to manage the entire project; they just need guidance, and that is where we can help.

As a bonus, RWSmith ETC is leveraging AI technology in the RFP creation and evaluation process, saving countless billable hours and providing extensive data to guide your utility to the best possible decision and outcome.
