Leadership Boot Camp

A Two-Day Onsite Workshop Designed to Fill Your Leadership Toolbox

Two-Day Workshop for New and Experienced Supervisors, Managers, and Leaders

Technical skills earn the promotion, but strong management and leadership are what make it work. Whether you're stepping into your first supervisory role or moving into a new level of leadership, the transition from doing the work to leading the people who do it is one of the hardest in any career. Leadership Boot Camp is a practical, high-energy two-day course designed to give you the tools, frameworks, and self-awareness to lead with confidence from day one.

Both the workplace and the workforce have changed. Young, talented people are stepping into supervisory roles without any formal management or leadership training, and experienced managers are discovering that the fundamentals they once relied on need refreshing. Leadership Boot Camp was designed for both. The content speaks directly to anyone who leads people, regardless of industry or organizational level. And while the course was originally built for those new to supervision, experienced managers consistently report that it helps them reconnect with skills they had let slip — and introduces approaches they hadn't considered.

This immersive workshop goes far beyond theory. Through self-assessments, group exercises, guided discussion, and hands-on activities, participants build a personal leadership toolbox they can put to work immediately — and return to long after the class ends. Each participant receives a companion workbook used throughout both days, reinforcing key concepts through a proven adult learning model: see it, hear it, write it, read it. The workbook becomes a lasting reference, not just a class handout.
